一,Raw Glass Inspection

Check original glass certificate, grade & thickness,Spot check for bubble, stone inclusion, scratch & pit,Measure thickness, flatness & diagonal tolerance,Mark & isolate non-conforming glass.

二, Cutting Process

Input drawing & verify CNC cutting program,Automatic cutting & manual snapping, stacking,Full dimension inspection of finished cutting glass,Mark batch No. and production order No.

三, Edging, Drilling & Grooving

Rough grinding → fine grinding → polishing continuous operation,Special-shaped chamfering, precise drilling & grooving,Self-inspection of edge defects after processing

四, Washing & Drying Process

Multi-stage water washing + DI water circulating rinse,Full-range constant temperature hot air drying,Lamp inspection for surface cleanliness.

五, Tempering Process

Automatic loading, furnace temperature: 680~720℃,High-pressure air grid quenching & shaping,Fragment test, flatness & surface stress sampling,Reject curved, spotted and uneven stress glass.

六, 6.1 Laminated Glass Process (PVB / EVA)

Precise film cutting & dust-free lamination,Low-temperature pre-pressing + autoclave curing

6.2 Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) Process

Fill molecular sieve & primary butyl rubber sealing,Precise assembly & secondary structural sealant sealing,Static curing & air tightness test.

七, Final Finished Product Inspection

Recheck full dimensions: length, width, hole and groove size,Full-range appearance defect inspection

八, Packing & Warehousing Process

Attach protective film & corner guards,Integral winding packing & outer box marking,Classified storage & inventory record management.
